Mark was responsible for setting up Welbeing in 2005 through the merger of the Eastbourne Borough Council and Wealden District Council Lifeline services. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing he has 25 years experience of designing and managing services to support independent living.

Simon Gilder
Operations Manager
Simon has worked for Welbeing since September 2005, when he was transferred into the company from Eastbourne Borough Council. He has much experience in the company gained from a variety of roles including telecare installer, assessor and team leader before taking on his current role in July 2012. Previously Simon was a Police Constable for Sussex Police.

Marisa Parker

Marisa has 40 years experience in the public and private sector, working in a variety of different roles from Housing, Health & Community Services to setting up and managing the licensing of Taxi & Private Hire vehicles and their drivers. Marisa is a keen motorcycling enthusiast and has a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
