Lifeline

Lifeline is the simplest form of Telecare. Subscribers to our telecare service are able to enjoy their independence safe in the knowledge that help is at hand if difficulties arise 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.

At its most basic, the unobtrusive equipment we install on your telephone line enables you to raise the alarm from anywhere in your home simply by pressing a small, lightweight, push button trigger which you can carry with you throughout the day.

This tried and tested solution has been a life saver for thousands of people who have fallen or collapsed and would not otherwise have been able to summon assistance.

However, increasing numbers of people are also benefiting from the additional safety and security provided by our range of wireless sensors, for example smoke alarms and intruder detectors, which automatically alert our centre if a problem is detected.
