The Team

Our employees are selected for the personal qualities that are crucial when providing a supportive and reliable service to vulnerable people. They will respond sympathetically and quickly when help is needed and are trained to identify the most appropriate assistance to call in any given situation.

All staff undergo regular refresher training to keep them fully up to date with changes in equipment, procedure and the changing requirements of our clients.
