WEL's base level equipment. Consisting of a telecare hub together with a pendant trigger. When the pendant trigger or call button on the hub are pressed you are automatically linked to our 24 hours a day 365 days a year call centre, via your telephone line using the hands free microphone and speaker built in to the hub.
By using this unobtrusive system you are able to raise the alarm from anywhere in your home, simply by pressing a small light weight pendant, which you can carry with you throughout the day.
This tried and tested solution has been a life saver for thousands of people who have fallen or collapsed and would not otherwise have been able to summon help. Weekly charges include equipment rental and on-going maintenance and support. There is a one off installation charge.'
