UK Country Director
Wendy has a wealth of experience in technology enabled care and has held Director roles at both Centra Pulse and most recently at AXA PPP Healthcare. Wendy was also a Non-Executive Director of the TSA for a three-year term, culminating in her appointment as Vice Chair.
Helen has vast experience in commercial businesses in the video games and travel industries. She is enthusiastic in all she does from preparing a set of monthly accounts to climbing up mountains. Helen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mark was responsible for setting up Welbeing in 2005 through the merger of the Eastbourne Borough Council & Wealden District Council Lifeline services. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing he has 25 years experience of designing & managing services to support independent living.
Shaun has a 20+ year operational background delivering business results and leading complex multi-site operations. He has significance experience in developing, shaping and implementing business strategy and leading significant change management programmes.
IT Operations Manager
Kevin has a Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Portsmouth. Kevin previously worked for Moira House Girls School and before that in the manufacturing sector for a multinational company. He is a member of Seaford Striders running club and enjoys an occasional round of golf and spending time with his two children.
Head of Contact Centre
Simon has worked for Welbeing since 2005. He has much experience in the company gained from a variety of roles including telecare installer, assessor and team leader before taking on his current role. Previously Simon was a Police Constable for Sussex Police.
HR Lead UK
Jacqueline is responsible for supporting our people. She has an MA in Personnel & Development from Brighton University and over 20 year's experience gained within a range of industries, including construction, facilities management, and gym leisure.
Field Services Manager
Ben is responsible for the field based staff and logistics. He has an extensive background in electronic security systems. Ben’s experience includes the design, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection systems within critical infrastructure environments such as nuclear power stations.
Charlene is responsible for delivering strategies across the marketing mix, communicating to our corporate and consumer audiences. She is a highly experienced commercial marketing and sales professional having previously worked at The Financial Times and News UK. She is also a winner of Channel 4's Come Dine With Me!
Customer Services Manager
Dave started his career in hotel and business management before becoming a social worker and then a YMCA project manager. He then switched focus to operations management at a manufacturing company before joining Welbeing in 2014.
