Wendy has a wealth of experience in technology enabled care and has held Director roles at both Centra Pulse and most recently at AXA PPP Healthcare. Wendy was also a Non-Executive Director of the TSA for a three-year term, culminating in her appointment as Vice Chair.

Daren has strong experience of fast growing, customer focused environments. He has held senior management finance roles in industry since 2005, most recently as FD of Parker Building Supplies.

Graeme has over 20 years experience in healthcare and sales, building successful teams and strengthening relationships. Most recently he was Partnerships Sales Director in the healthcare sector driving collaboration and growth worldwide.

Kevin is responsible for managing the delivery of cost effective and reliable IT services according to the company’s IT governance framework. He has a Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Portsmouth and over 20 years experience in IT management gained within the manufacturing and education sectors.

Karen started her career working with animals in 1989, but after starting her family she moved to working in retail. Later moving into insurance before moving into telecare in 2018. Karen holds over 25 years of Customer Care experience.

Jacqueline is responsible for supporting our people. She has an MA in Personnel & Development from Brighton University and over 20 year's experience gained within a range of industries, including construction, facilities management, and gym leisure.

Ben is responsible for ISO and business continuity planning, health and safety, facility management and managing the vehicle fleet across the UK. He is a strong quality assurance professional and a technical member of IOSH with a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and Certificate in Business Management from the OU.

Charlene is responsible for delivering strategies across the marketing mix, communicating to our corporate and consumer audiences. She is a highly experienced commercial marketing and sales professional having previously worked at The Financial Times and News UK.

Dave Williams

Dave started his career in hotel and business management before becoming a social worker and then a YMCA project manager. He then switched focus to operations management at a manufacturing company before joining Welbeing in 2014.
