COVID-19 Update – Nov 2

Following the announcement of the new national restrictions from 5 November, we can confirm that we will continue to deliver our services. We will provide the same service as we always have, albeit with significant safety measures in place and we can assure everyone who needs us that we are here for you night and day.

During these challenging times, our focus is on supporting our customers, our keyworker employees and the communities in which we operate. We have successfully worked to avoid disruptions caused by COVID-19, whilst at the same time putting measures and processes in place to do what we can to prevent spread of the virus.

We continue to closely monitor and assess the situation and will continue to develop our services to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our service users, our staff and all other stakeholders.
