Our Customer Service Advisors are enthusiastic and well-organised individuals who delight in making the Customer’s experience seamless, understanding their needs and adapting the service accordingly. At the heart of the organisation, they respond to all enquiries from our customers whilst coordinating bookings and installations for our field based engineering team.

Flexible hours 7.5 hours per day between 08:30 – 19:00 Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to enquiries from both new and existing customers
  • Coordinating bookings and installations
  • Supporting our field-based engineering team

Who We’re Looking For


  • At least 2 years proven experience within a customer facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Complaint handling and problem-solving experience
  • Computer literate
  •  Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a minimum requirement
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task


  • Previous experience of working in health or social care would be an advantage
