Provided by Scottish Widows and managed on our behalf by brokers LEBC it allows you to make contributions which the company will match. Our staff have the opportunity to meet individually with an independent financial advisor who can help them plan for the future and make decisions that will ensure they get the very best out of the scheme.
Should you die before you reach retirement and you’re still working for us, we’ll provide a generous lump sum to your chosen beneficiary.
Putting you first
We offer a generous annual leave entitlement to all our people (including an extra 5 days after 5 years service) and we encourage them to use it as we understand that it can be difficult to manage the work-life balance. It goes without saying that we offer maternity, paternity and adoption leave so that if your family grows you’ll have time to make the most of it.
We offer enhancements for working unsocial hours to our staff who work in our contact centres. We recognise that shift working, particularly weekends and nights, can have an impact on family and personal lives so we will reward for providing the flexibility that we need to be able to support our customers 24 hours per day.
It probably doesn’t need saying but the tools that we use, the uniforms that we wear and the tea and coffee that keep us going are all free too.
