How many pendants would you like? (more info)

If you have a partner an extra pendant means they can be connected to the same base unit as you. Or buy an extra pendant as a spare.

Do you need a linked smoke alarm? (more info)

For extra peace of mind and added safety, add a linked smoke alarm that will alert our contact centre immediately in the case of an emergency.

Your payment plan (more info)

Yearly plan Price is for an initial 12-months rental and includes the £20 account setup fee. Subsequent yearly payments are made by direct debit or credit/debit card.

Monthly plan Price is for an initial 3-months rental and includes the £20 account setup fee. Subsequent monthly payments are made by direct debit or credit/debit card.

Are you exempt from paying VAT? (more info)

If you, or the person who you are purchasing the alarm service for, are disabled or chronically sick, then you do not have to pay VAT for this service. If you select “Yes I am zero VAT rated” you will need to complete a short VAT relief form at a later date.
