Why choose us?

£20 M&S gift card

As an existing private customer if you refer a friend or family and they join up, you will both receive a £20 M&S gift card. Just let our Customer Services Team know who you have referred or who referred you. (Due to COVID there could be a delay in getting yours, but we are still sending them out).

One of the biggest in industry

Personal alarms are what we do and we have over 30 years experience in the sector. Our teams are specially trained to respond to calls so that if you need help but can’t get to the phone, you can connect to Welbeing at the touch of a button.

Quality you can trust

Our ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 accreditations demonstrate our commitment to quality. We’ve also achieved the premier code of conduct in our industry: the Telecare Services Association’s Quality Framework. It means we deliver services at the highest possible level and meet the strictest standards.

Professional installation & demonstration

We can give you a demo if you decide to go ahead, before we fit your equipment, with the minimum of fuss, test the system thoroughly, show you how it all works and even help you with the paperwork. (Certain areas only, fee applies).

No minimum term contract

With Welbeing, you rent your equipment month by month. We’ll never tie you into a minimum-term contract. All we ask is that you give us one month’s notice if you need to cancel.
